Created by a small team for Themed Horror Jam, we chose the theme Song of the Sea, and added on the challenges The High Seas, Watery Grave and Sapphire Bracelet.

Maelstrom

A PSX inspired narrative-driven horror game set in the rotting wake of a cursed sea voyage. 

You play as Captain Fergus, drawn across a storm-lashed ocean by the pull of a sapphire bracelet - your only link to your missing crew.

Guided by the haunted waters and hunted by monstrous myths of the deep, you’ll chart a course through shifting fog, ruined islands, and drowned memories. 

As truth surfaces and choices weigh anchor, only one question remains: will you reclaim your soul - or be swallowed by the maelstrom?
